Muy buena ubicación, cuenta con estacionamiento como para 6 carros, tiene un restaurante y gimnasio, la habitación es acogedora y limpia, tiene wifi con buena velocidad, Totontepec no cuenta con redes de celulares, así que el wifi es una excelente opción, la atención es muy buena, el personal es amable, bonita la instalación en general, las habitaciones son bonitas, con colchones y almohadas cómodas. La habitación tiene una TV. Huele bien y limpio a pesar de mucha humedad es esta temporada.
Si vienen ala Sierra mixe aquí les recomiendo este hotel tiene buenas habitaciones agua caliente wfi ya que aquí no hay red el wfi será tu única opción También cuenta con comida muy rica echa al momento y tiene buenos precios.
Es un gran Hotel,con excelentes habitaciones,buenas atenciones,con restaurant, gimnasio, agua caliente permanente e Histórico además.
Pasamos un fin de semana muy agradable, dónde escuchamos música, visitamos un río, disfrutamos de la lluvia y de los manantiales, y solo nos quedó pendiente ir a la ruta con senderismo.
A very nice hotel in a beautiful part of Mexico. Rooms were warm and comfortable and the shower was amazing with very hot water, perfect for our midwinter stay. The food served in the kitchen was incredible, very tasty and healthy.

Iniciando desde el principio y terminado hasta el final..un magnífico servicio ...ambiente familiar...todo muy agradable...solo quién no aprecia la Naturaleza ....necesita internet en un lugar como este ...donde te llenas de vibra ..positiva...los atardeceres ....para no dejar ir...los amaneceres con ese canto de los galllos....ufff ya no le sigo porque quiero estar ahí.....saludos
